I actually have slight plans for something similar to that kind of gauntlet. I am working on porting Grim Dawn (a CCRPG) over to D&D, and a lot of that game features fighting many enemies at a time. I thought it might be funny, once I get it done, to run my players through some old gauntlet levels, maybe the one from N64/Gamecube, to give them the hordes of enemies they need to use their abilities to the fullest.
