How about a massive ballista made of bone that fires a massive bolt that has undead shock troops attached to it. It's fired more like a mortar then a standard ballista, it's bolts are about the size of a telephone pole. It's meant to go over the walls and impact almost vertically. On impact, several arms swing down off the sides, attached to each arm is a warrior hardy enough to survive the firing of the weapon and the impact at the end.

would scare the crap out of me.

Do a bit of alteration on Piratecat's necropede (change the ghouls to zombies, and you're golden)

Those dinosaurs have better uses than being guard animals - and in fact, if I remember their writeup form "Manacles and Coin", they would be pretty much useless at this task...

Another idea:

Three Abyssals of his Abyssals died during a recent (for him) disastrous campaign in An-Teng against the Solar PCs.

So their replacements will have to go through some very harsh training regimes, and the Solar spy could observe those. Any good suggestions for them?

(For those unfamiliar with Exalted, Abyssals are basically humans turned into superhumanly powerful dark warriors...)
