After Shard's return from the underworld, Mirashi had taken a break from fighting to be with her. They spent many days together, talking about the future and their plans together. While Mirashi enjoyed this idyllic vacation, the fighter in his blood itched for conflict. He fought a short, quick match with Peter the Peon, but the "fighter" put in his usual performance as the worst warrior in the province.

Mirashi went back to Shard, and she encouraged him to fight again, as he was becoming restless and agitated. Taking her words to heart, Mirashi now seeks a true foe, wise in the arts of war.
