The death knight's simplest special ability

If a death knight "touches himself" he loses Charisma. If his Charisma falls to zero then he ceases to exist.

In other words, it's like saying you can cast Cure Light Wounds x times per day.

Undead are immune to ability drain and ability damage, if I recall correctly.

Not the last time I checked (PsiHB, page 140, Undead Psionic Creatures). Was there errata on this?
