Another I.T. guy here. I am Server Support for a large medical center. WIndows Server 2000 requires little administration after its been set up (mainly maintenance and security issues), so I can surf and post almost at will. It is very nice.

I'm an account manager for a large printing company.

I push paper, manage customer issues, moniter manufacturing schedules, etc.

There are plenty of times when I'm completely bored and do visit ENWorld from the office. There are other times when I'm on the go from the moment I enter the front door.

Tech support here as well. Actually helpdesk for a super huge world spanning fast food "restaurant" chain. Well I work the 3rd shift, 11pm to 7am. Lots and lots of free time to surf the net. In a given 8 hour work day, I work probably 2 hours.

When I worked in an office (not Fantasy Flight, this stuff doesn't work on gamers ), I had a jester's hat in my cube. If I was wearing that hat, woe to anyone that tried to even talk to me. I would jump up and act all insane, "CAN YOU NOT SEE THAT I'M WEARING MY JESTER'S CAP?!?!"

That was enough to get them to leave me alone, and after a while I didn't have to go crazy anymore. I could do whatever I wanted when that cap was on. Of course, I usually didn't come in til after lunch anyway.

ROTFL!!!! That ROCKS!! I am SOOOOO gonna try this ASAP! Where'd ya get the cap?

Oh, and to answer the question - I work from home 99% of the time and just about never sleep, so.......
