::Rini walks in, resolute and not too happy looking.::

I have failed this time. I have lost to the insane and vapid Dorothy. I could not fight against her in the traditional manner because of her insanity. Let us go back out and fight bravely!

[Knight Otu]

Bruised and battered, Temuro enters the dojo, and bows before Rini.

"Rini-sama, I am sad to inform you that I failed you. I am feeling a call, the call of the Phoenix. This call led me to a powerful warrior named Sidhe Li. I challenged him although I should have known better. He defeated me. I will go now and seek to redeem my failure, while still following the call."

With that, Temuro departs to his next match.

 

[Rini]

::Rini gives a Mona Lisa smile for her poor knight.::

It's ok. We all have times like these. Go out and redeem yourself, and be proud and good in all you do.

::Rini, after consoling Temuro, went out to check and see what the weird doll thing thought about her fight with Ecureuil. Apparently, well.::

I have beaten the raccoon beast (cute little thing) in one round!

Temuro enters the tree ring with a sad face (and possibly accompanied by Sahiro Tso-Nah).

"I regret to inform you of a second loss on my behalf. I have fought against Merak Spielman, the Shadowed Poet, and his tongue proved mightier than my blade."

 

[Rini]

::Rini mutters to herself..::
Hmm, I do believe it was the pen...
No matter, you shall do better the next time. Many shall lose at one time or another. I always encourage you to look at the history of the great ones above you.
::A young wolf puppy yips and licks Temuro's hands.::

 

[Rini]

A flock of doves carry an advertisement from the dojo to bring it across the sky for all to see:

"Dojo of the Fighting Beast open for students! Ranks #6 in the House of Records!"

 

[Knight Otu]

As Temuro enters, he glances at the record sheet. "Since I have joined, I brought only losses to count in the dojo record." he mutters, "as the only student to report losses. This is getting troublesome. However, the next fight will change it... one way or the other..."

He greets his fellow students and Rini's animals before going to Rini herself. As he faces his sensei, he bows deeply while reporting his third(!) loss, to the sash Tso-Nah.

Then he seeks a silent place for his meditations and training.

 

[Rini]

::The young woman gives a smile, similar to a smirk.::

Don't worry, train hard, I will try to make up for your losses.

::Rini joins him in meditation.::

With mixed feelings, Temuro enters the dojo.

"Rini-sama, I have won against the orc Slarzog... a white belt. I have to train harder, and maybe one day I will be able to defeat someone of my own tier."
