Not sure I have seen either the barrage rules for masked archery fire into groups for bows in 5e yet.
Not sure I have ever seen any portrayal or depiction of footbows fired as weapons of accuracy at specific targets.
The depiction I have seen dont support turning it into an individually targeting accurate weapon on the order of standing up and firing bows, crossbows, throwing balances blades etc etc etc at all.
