the gamers zodiac

By the way, anyone developped a zodiac for his/her homebrew ?
actually yes, i did that once.

instead of trying to come up with names for months for a pseudo-Roman/Latin culture, i used a zodiac system.

went something like this:

Caper (the Goat)
Bubo (the Owl)
Cuniculus (the Rabbit)
Leo (the Lion)
Formica (the Ant)
Canis (the Dog)
Draco (the Dragon)
Gryps (the Griffin)
Lacerta (the Lizard)
Falco (the Falcon)
Delphinus (the Dolphin)
Cervus (the Deer)
Cornix (the Crow)
Lupus (the Wolf)
Apis (the Bee)
Arena (the Spider)

not too much fantastical on there, mainly because i was limited to what i could find Latin translations of. ;)

for extra-geekiness, since i noticed i had 16 zodiac signs, i associated each one of them with one of the 16 Briggs-Meyers personality types. :)

rabbit? anyone have an appropriate game critter for this?

For, most likely, obvious reasons the Wolf In Sheep's Clothing didn't make it into 3E. It looked like a tastey, defensless rabbit sitting on a stump, but was actually a tentacled monster with built in bait.
