Pay your phone bill.

As soon as that's taken care of, go buy the Gamers.

Vote: Rent it.

Sure, it's a good movie, but it's not that good. Lotsa laughs and insight, but I wonder how anyone can say it stands up to repeat viewing. If you are still inclined to buy it, take some do-re-mi from your friends to share the cost and pass the film around.

I'd be suprised to find a place to rent this

The phone's just gonna ring when you're trying to enjoy the movie anyway. Sounds like a self-correcting problem to me.

I have the DVD, and I watch it repeatedly - even share some of the less vulgar bits with my kids. Great fun, and a must-have.

Well in all seriousness my wife would not allow me to put the phone build on hold, but I am definately going to be picking up the gamers. Thanks

Ive heard a bit of talk about The Gamers. Is this a must have that I should hold off on my phone bill to pick up?

That depends on your phone company and how far behind you are. Most major telcos in America don't inflict any kind of penalty for paying every other month, but assign a very small charge after two months of non-payment. It takes upwards of 6 months to get turned off by some of them.

Cell providers, on the other hand, attach late fees fairly quickly (even if they are small). But they don't usually turn you off until two or three months of non-payment.

And if and when the second "Gamers" film comes out, you'd be well served getting it, too. After all, unless they win that Ifilm contest they are in now, the only way the second one will get made is if they get the cash influx to do so. Cash, and scheduling, are the two specific things holding them up from doing it, according to their web site.

I don't know. Go to www.the-gamers.com and they have a "behind the scenes" featurette there which indicates they're well on their way through filming.
