The Great Iridium Con

Titan starts to search around he noted that the brickwall near the attack site is scored and scorched consistent with the theory an automatic energy weapon was used. He then continues to search.

OOC: Going to give everyone to late sat night to maybe very early sun morning until I move ahead.

(OOC: It seems we're more-or-less ready to move on as is, since the last site proved we don't have any more unconventional ideas for checking these places out. If you give Chip a 'turn into dire wolf' search, we can go to the next place right away ;))

Chip passes along his findings from the first site (the high octane/jet fuel smell) and will again sniff around the warehouse for similar smells or anything else of interest.

Somewhat discretely, he'll also make sure he gets a good whiff of his companions, just in case someone goes missing during the mission and needs to be tracked.

Gun Monkey looks around, making note of any potential survalance of the area, both obvious and discrete.

"Does anyone know if they caught anything on security cameras?"

Titan continues to search, following suit Chip turns into Canis dirus, a Dire Wolf and sniffs around. No Gas smell this time but he thinks he has the faint remnants of a scent. Perhaps from one of the attackers? Definitely the smell of stale cigarette smoke. He follows the trail to a nearby building the scent is coming from above. Following, Titan grows to enormous size and is able to easily look on the rooftop. He finds some leftover cigarette butts and a matchbook for the Sands Hotel.

Monkey looks around and does spy surveillance of a sort. Across the street is a Bank. The Bank is currently closed, but maybe the ATM camera caught something on tape?

Titan looks to see if there is a brand visible on the butts, and is there any writing in the matchbook.

Chip is pleased with himself for actually finding a scent trail that led to a possible clue. He does his best to remember the smell, something that he finds about as difficult as remembering a person's face.

"Let me take a close sniff of those cigarettes," Chip says to Titan. "If there isn't a brand label on them, I could probably pick them out of a line-up at a store by scent alone."
