Chip is fascinated by the strange architecture of the city. He finds the lab considerably less interesting as he can't really tell what any of the equipment is used for.

"Let me just take a quick sniff around before we finish up here," he says.

With a flash of light, Chip transforms into a Dire Wolf, the ancestor of modern species. He makes a complete circuit of the lab, sniffing out for anything unusual. He gives a little extra focus to the area where the scientist died and the window through which the beam supposed came.

ooc- I won't stat up the wolf just for this, but assume Accurate/Acute smell, good Notice, and Tracking. The usual. :)

Handsome looks around the lab while the others do their mystic, shapeshifty type stuff. All the flashy powers and beams of light and tech are beyond him . . . but he did come here for one specific reason.

"The question is, where's the holo-echo-thingy? Is it being stored here until the convention?"

Sniffing around inside the Lab proves to be of little use. Outside however he does smell something unusual. Reminiscent of High Octane Gasoline or Jet Fuel still lingers vaguely in the air.

OOC: Gun Monkey isn't particularly vocal, so don't worry, he'll speek up when appropriate :) he's fine with moving on.

OOC: I think this was answered somewhat before but things get lost in PbP.
But to answer the question completely:
The prototype Deep-Scan, along with many of its maps, is in the
care of Peter Varley until the convention opens. A copy of the blueprint
is in the computer at Heavy Metal Mining, another in their safe,
and another in the safe of their head business office in New York.

The heroes precede to outside Cyberworld's warehouse (where Epsilon was ambushed).
Stoner informs you the reports on the Examination of the wooden crossbow bolts show that it came from an antique or reproduction bow, not a modern hunting crossbow.
The energy pistol seems to have been on automatic mode (automatic energy pistols are, while not commercially available, standard issue for Resolute field agents and Governmental security guards; similar weapons would be available from other major governments). Again Sierra calls upon her power over Dreamstuff but the shadows of the past are again vague and if someone purpousely distorted images of the assailants.
Her view of Epsilon getting hit however is quite clear and almost winces as she sees him het hit over and over with a barrage of energy, only to stagger to his feet and be finished by the bolt in the chest. That he survived is nothing short of a miracle.
So is the stuff of heroes.

Actions Here?

Titan looks around, "I'd like to do a conventional search"

OOC: search and spot checks please :D , If nothing found then the next stop.
