Firete shakes her head and carefully sidesteps the Torturer to assist Yishim. Didn't I tell you about rushing headlong into danger? She draws her wand and directs a few words of healing Yishim and then turns the wand on the sharpshooter. Hey you, vermin? Haven't you heard of the Bard's dread curse? The ear worm!

Yishim, looking none the worse for wear after the aid and assistance of his allies, returns the arrow with a bolt of phantasmal energy which clips the Goblin on the shoulder. The unexpected retort throws it off-balance, edging closer to the deadly blades and hammers of Yishim's allies.

Well, Firete, you can't argue with the success of my methods - I'm the first person to successfully breed a goblin and a bladeling. Besides, I know discretion is sometimes the better part of valor... and Yishim runs behind the table and ducks.

Seeing the sharpshooter forced close enough to challenge, Brenwar declares divine vengeance on all nearby enemies. The sharpshooter feels the gaze of Palladys daring it to strike anyone other than Brenwar. He then turns his attention back to the Torturer, still unimpressed by its defenses he smashes his hammer into the creature. Once again his prayer takes effect and slows the creature's weapon.

Cheysuli once more transforms into autumn leaves and glides across the chamber, manifesting again behind the remaining goblin. The feylock spits out a hasty curse then flings green flames at it's back, but the shifty greenskin senses the incoming heat and ducks.

The remaining goblin is startled Chey's sudden appearance, jumping away from the teleporting fiendling. His first, well, second reaction is to notch an arrow and aim it at her, but just before releasing he swings around and fires at Brenwar. The shaft grazes the paladin's weapon arm. A painful wound, but not a debilitating one.

Rather surprised but pleased to not see another arrow slamming into his back, Yishim stands up from behind the table and unleashes yet another illusionary bolt at the Sharpshooter. This hits him squarely in the chest, even as the goblin inches closer to Brenwar in his attempt to dodge it.

The goblin staggers and struggles to remain standing, but collapses. Now that the sounds of combat have faded, you can hear a slight scrabbling noise from the cells to the west.
