Miranna continued to concentrate on the hobgoblin closest to her. Despite her allies' attempted distractions, she was unable to land a solid hit...

The last hobgoblin swings at Miranna, but she easily parries the attack.

The beetle attempts to latch onto Brenwar with its mandibles, but the paladin is able to twist away at the last moment.

Firete quickly steps in to assist Miranna and Yishim.
Actions: Move diagonally to nearest attack square. (Saw the map briefly but did not grab the coordinates)

Minor Can give a +2 buff to an attack roll if any one feels they need it through my sword. Apologies for not using it earlier
 

Brenwar swings his hammer downward at the the beetle, but it quickly skitters backward so that the hammer only glances off of the chitin failing to do any real damage.

Yishim shifts over to between Miranna and attempts to unleash another wave of thunder to attack the pesky hobgoblin. He forgets the words, and all that happens is a short round of applause.

Cheysuli stands her ground, letting the shadows wrapped around her fade. She braces her feet and takes a steady aim at the giant insect's flank, her target steadied by it's focus on Brenwar and blasts away at it's soft underbelly.
The beetle falls heavily to the ground, the twitching of it's legs scratching on the flagstones.
