I didn't know what to think of the world. I'm neutral on dinos. I'm interested in Steampunk but have yet to see a world that does it in a way that I enjoy.

I like the concept of magic based technology and I don't mean technology mixed with magic. I mean technology based entirely on magic. Something that default D&D fails at in my opinion.

Worlds with flying mages, fireballs, etc. would be far more alien and less medieval than a lot of people think. I've always wanted to see this concept taken to the edge.

Which brings me to my point. I recently saw the concept art over at gamingreport and I have to say it looks really cool. Dark urban fantasy and it seems to have that Dark Sun feel!

I loved Dark Sun and the way it spun the fantasy genre on its head by throwing in a post-apocalyptic Road Warrior feel. Eberron seems to feel similar to me. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more about this setting.

So way to go Keith!
