That was the German response to Britain's joke warfare, broadcast over British airwaves.

"Zwei peanuts vere valking down der strasse, ven von vas a-salted... peanut. Oh, ho, ho, ho."

Has anyone read Races of Stone? The Divine Prankster prestige class for gnomes has a version of the Killing Joke as one of its level abilities. It allows you to kill your enemies with humor.
