SO rumor has it that Nintendo and Netflix are considering a Live action series... I would totally love the idea. I use parts of the games in my RPGs all the time, and I love the basics. Imagine the mastersword on live action...

I just saw this a little bit ago as well. I would totally check it out, though I don't really have too much hope that it would be very good, though it's certainly possible that I might be pleasantly surprised.

I had a talk with some friends tonight and we all pretty much agreed that for the most part it could be fun but it will never be great. But we don't want great to be the enemy of fun... You could totally do a watered down fantasy with a bunch of cool refrences and Zelda defending the castle and calling apon her champion Link.

one of the guys even had in his head getting Caity Lotz to play Zelda as a kick but sorcerers chick (arrow), Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as Link and shadow link (Game of throwns) and Quantion Jackson as ganondwarf (A team movie) and Jeffrey Donovan for Aganim the wizard (Burn notice) and do a game of throwns light where the advisor and the guy trying to over throw the king are working together so Link on the front line and Zelda at the home front/capitol both have there own sub plots...
