The Most Broken Crunch in 3.5 (or what should I be banning)

i think most people are reading kiss wrong. Look you get a +2 to char checks not char based skill checks. Big difference, you also get a +2 to spell saves and +1 skill points not back active. Also it is a exulted feat meanin you do an evil act it is over no more feat. People seem to forget that. You lose the feat no replacement. That is a harsh thing. So i think it is not broken

Aside from the Hulking Hurler and the almost certainly unavailable Ur Priest, nothing in any of the books you listed is stronger than Druid 20, especially with Complete Divine spells. In fact, even Ur Priest is probably weaker than Druid 20 except in the case of very complex Mystic Theurge builds.

The only serious contender is Artificer 20. Artificer is one of those under the radar classes that you don't realize is outlandishly strong until he dumps 36d6 points of damage on your BBEG. Maximized. Before 10th level.

Watch artificers carefully; they're great utility guys, but it's fairly easy to get creative with them for killer damage.

Right, 3.0 harm was seriously broken. 3.5 harm isn't that bad though.

Often, people do not identify the actual cause of the problem.

Reach Spell certainly was not the problem there, but rather Harm.

Are you sure about that? It's not in the errata on the WotC site, if what you're referring to are the energy stun and energy missile.
