I'm interested in the small, non-adventure booklets. Are they the sort of things I could hand to new players and have them quickly make a simple character? Or are they more like "A roleplaying game is..." type booklets?

DaveMage said:Because in the booster I just received 7 of the 8 minis were PC types or humanoids of which I already have enough minis to represent from previous DDM sets. Most of the boosters I got when the set came out were the same way. Being someone who wants monster figures, this set was awful to me. For those who love humanoid minis, though, I bet they loved the set.
