D&D 4E The (on-line) Future of 4E (or 4D as it will become known)- am I mad?

I wouldn't really mind a blending of the two. Particularly if you have electronic tabletop and minis that you can use while still playing face to face.

The ability to save your tabletop game and come back to it later is feature I would like very much.
