The *other* Libris Mortis?

One of the players in my group called me today, saying he saw a .pdf version of a book called Libris Mortis. I haven't seen it, and apparently he only glimpsed it, but he says it has a black cover (I guess it has some picture on it, he said he couldn't remember exactly) with a d20 logo in one corner (upper right, IIRC)... I'm confused, because he said it was defiinitely called Libris Mortis, and somehow I doubt there's another book with an attrocious Latin name (although, apparently, it's actually Celestial :\).

So, anyone know what he's talking about?

Where did he see it? Sounds like it might be a pirate copy, or at least an imitation pirate copy.

It may have been a leaked out playtest version, it happened before with the Epic Level Handbook. It doesn't explain the cover, though -- pirates usually don't bother making covers; and when they do, they put their own name in a bigger font than the book's title.

I am thinking Librim Equitis as well.
Though the link points to the Compiled PDF, which has a green cover.
However my first thought was somebody took a print version of Necromancers Legacy and is billing it as the "other Liber Mortis" on Ebay or something.

It's probably a pirated PDF of AEG's Undead, which is black, features an undead creature on the cover, and has the d20 logo on top of the cover. It's possible that somebody added the Libris Mortis logo onto it.
