This campaign is based on the free campaign setting Oramis: The Shattered World. Details can found on the yahoo group site. Players start at ECL: 2 and can be any non-evil.

I was told that ECL+2 seems to be confusing people. It means you start at level 2 or level 1 and a race that has an ECL of +1 (like Aasimar or Tiefling).

PS: A few more players and we are ready to go! This will be a non-linear campaign with linear objectives thrown in for some flavor. Ultimately you can do what you want how you want. Want to start a trading company that services the Shards, you can! The linear part comes in with me giving you missions that fatten your pocket book to achieve your objectives.
