Well, I wouldn't say problem players in my case. Most of the guys I play with I've known for many years so I've gotten used to their stink! 
But it is something I hear a lot about. It's something at Conventions that happens a lot. It's something at Game Days I've heard a few complaints about.
When talking with other gamers, it's sometimes painfully obvious that social graces are not always known...
And I'd love to see the article that was going to Pyramid. Maybe we could make our own-in house style guide! I've got Adobe Acrobat so I can whip the PDF up myself if others are willing to submit.
