Wolfheart move around teh dragon and try to stab teh dragon, but the dragon easily dodge teh blow.

Mal tries to exploit the dragon's lack of balance as he shuffles back and then press on, following his prey. But he can't find the opening and his frustration grows.
[sblock=OOC]The dragon was marked by Mal so I got an interrupt attack when he shifted away. Then Mal shifts and makes a standard attack. But big whoop... I had two awful roll in a row. Won't even bother posting them. Blah. Shifts to L11[/sblock]

Mira darts across the distance between her column and the other one (O5), huffing in pain from her bruised and hopefully not broken ribs. Hiding back against the pillar to catch her breath again Mira leans out and lets another shuriken fly.

Arden keeps relying on his most effective weapon in this situation and casts another magic missile at the dragon. The dragon is hit painfully in the shoulder and roars in pain. [sblock=ooc]19 vs reflex, 12 dmg[/sblock]

The dragon's mighty body collapses in a heap, its warm blood carving tunnels in the ice its body lies on.

You see that in one corner of the room a pile of ice, with what looks like a sword sticking out of it...

It is a cache of items of power, including a cloak, a dagger, a sword, and a suit of leather armor.

When the mighty beast falls Mira lets ou a cheer, ignoring the ain of her bruised and battered ribs. "Wahooo, we did it. We did it we did it, Yahoo we did it." the girl says dancing around in a happy circle. "So do you think the town will pay us extra for killing the Dragon? I wouldn't want to have to carry its tail back as proof, but wahoo, we actually killed a dragon. We rock!" the girl says excitedly.

"Do you think it has a hoard? I've heard dragon's have hoards, this could be fun to look through a hoard." Mira says happily, apparently more enamored of the idea of a dragon's hoard than the actual value it might contain. The girl dances happily over to the pile of stuff that she assumes is the dragon's hoard. "Look look, I found the hoard. Arden, can you tell if any of this stuff is like magical or anything?" she calls out.

(OOC: spending 2 of her remaining 3 healing surges. She has 1 left.)

Upon looking through the items, you also notice the alarge piece of green dragon hide underneath the items.

Angel falls to her knees when she sees the dragon collapse. She closes her eyes for a moment where she relaxes her breathing and then slowly gets back to her feet and sighs.

"Ooh ooh, the Green Dragon's hide that smith wanted us to get back for him is here too, do you think he might want some White Dragon hide too? I haven't seen the suppplies that were taken though except for all that torn up silk though." Mira shrugs and begins the onerous task of retreiving all of her shuriken.

We've killed a dragon... we did...speaks Arden, mostly to himself... Then his eyes glitter when he sees a pile of magic items and runs to go check on them Dweomers! An entire pile of potent Dweomers! A small dragon hoard!

"Let's gives what is the most usefull to each one." answers Wolfheart "The Bastard sword is for Mal as it is his favored weapon. The Pact Dagger for Angel, she is teh one who could do a better use of it. The leather armor to Mira, as she favor light armor. That leaves me the Cloak, and you have your orb.

Then we can gives the green dragon hide to the blacksmith for money, and it would worth a try to skin that dragon and get his hide, even if he is small."

Mal happily latches on the shiny new bastard sword and puts it through its pace.
