The Shadowfell version of Underdark

The whole reflection thing gives me an idea. Perhaps rather than looking at some core 3E monsters to fill the niche we should look for something that could be reflected into that spot perhaps something like Death and Shadow Dragons?

I think shadow dragons are pretty much a lock for the Shadowfell. Based on the cryptic W&M comment that "we've got a LOT of cool ideas coming for the Shadowfell," I bet we see a Shadowfell sourcebook in 2009, full of monsters, new shadow-powered classes and maybe races.
