I love The Simpsons, and have watched since the Tracy Ullman days, but I've got to say I'm really not looking forward to this. This reeks of box office poison...

Lately? No. :(

I've seen every single episode and I just don't find myself laughing at all during the latest eps. The last one I laughed at was the one where Homer was marrying gay couples.

I stopped laughing around season 10. There have been a couple funny episodes here and there, but it's not the same show it used to be. :(
 


I honestly thought it'd be a much longer time until we saw this. Hollywood, being much more comfortable with things already done than new ideas, usually makes movies out of popular TV shows a few decades after they've ended. I figured it would be the same here, and I'd be seeing a Simpsons movie with my kids someday.
