Okay heres essentially what the Step gets
Essentially six feats that make him mobile in combat, great for a monk going wuxia (except for the BAb of course)
Its needs more
Fast Acrobatics is a cool suggestion and aids the Wuxia look
I'd add
Up the Walls - can run up a vertical surface
Acrobatic Charge - as per Duelist charge over difficult terrain
Fast Acrobatics - can tumble at full speed
Tireless Run - can Hustle or make a Forced March without suffering ill effects (damage) however if the fail the save on a forced march they will still become fatigued
Overland Stride - can move at full speed over any natural terrain
Great Leap +10 bonus to Jump (for leaping those pits and trenches)
Stealthy Run - can Hide whilst moving at full speed
Quick Step (Ex): Move +5/+10/+15
Mobility: Mobility bonus feat
Uncanny Dodge: /Improved Uncanny Dodge:
Improved Run: run at 6x their speed
Unnatural Speed (Su): additional movement action per round
