This is how I generally feel about CAD.

I was just a bit surprised it came up, and that he mentioned in a newspost he had been following 4th edition. I guess there's something about 4E and webcomics, since what with the PA/PvP Podcast, and CAD?

Depends. If you use the Scalegloom DDXP or went to the D&D gameday, yes.

Aren't you actually more likely to meet a dragon at first level in 4E?

Well, I don't know how they did it at Scalegloom but you'd need to be in a party with 7-8 Level 1 characters before encountering a Dragon. With three characters technically they'd all have to be level 6 before they would encounter a dragon.
