Make up a name. I'm easy

IMC we call them keshalyi. It's the Romani name for the fair folk.

Halfling is better then peck...

Silly human, pecks are small subtarenean miners
Hmm. Alternate names for humans:
• Doublings
• Two-hundred-percentlings
• Half-giants
• Orcs

Insight, any progress on that alternative name for halflings? I just can't imagine any self-respecting halfling refering to himself or his people by that deragatory moniker. I suppose we could use the traditional hobbit™ name or the Forgotten Realms name: Hin. :o
Actually they stole Hin from the Known World, because OD&D halflings rocked. It was all that awesome Jeff Dee artwork and the hairy feet/retro-cool sideburns

I am moving this coming weekend, so my post regularity may decrease a bit, and don't expect anything from Friday - Monday. Should have everything back up and running by Monday or Tuesday.

Are we still waiting on people or do you just want to keep things at the same pace for everyone?

Well, it looks like Ferrix is moving also, so his posts will likely become less frequent in the short term. I'd like to be able to get in one more round of replies before Friday, but if not, I won't have internet access until at least Sunday if not Monday.

No problem just wondering, thanks for replying.

Just waiting on one more to post and we can get in one more 'round' before the weekend.

I know this format is strange, but I wanted to try something a little different with this game. I don't buy into forcing the characters together by GM fiat, and I like this organic method a lot better. My vision is that your characters will all have a very good reason (or reasons) to want to work together, and thus, should be able to grow together as a team for future adventures.

You haven't seen much of this process to this point, but I'd be curious to see your reactions to it thus far.
