The very sporadic ever slowing game

I had hoped that it would be play by post, with minimum use of ICQ(to send information to one player only). As for books, parts from all of them (omitting OA) probably. I own the three core books, FRCS, Manual of the Planes, Tome and Blood, Monsters of Faerun, Magic of Faerun, Book of Eldritch Might I and II. (Yes, I am broke).

Fing uses the Psionic Handbook and owns all the other splats.

If min/maxing happens I try to lessen its effectiveness.

The characters are standard races and classes, although there have been 2 lycanthropes and there is currently a vampire (he has been slapped silly and sovereign glued with enchantments to keep him as a player controlled sunlight tolerating vampire) in the party. I made this adventure with his abilities in mind to keep him in check. By the end of this adventure he will either return to the living or be DEAD.

One of the players has gained a level in a self-created Prestige Class (I'm not exactly sure what it does though).

Interesting development
One of the original players has informed me that he will not be able to play.
What this means:
1. A lot of areas of roleplaying will have to be removed (too character specific). That means more hack n slash.
2. I have another spot open.

Therefore:

If you still want to play, you can.
If you have a character made, good.

If not, here is our House Rule:
4d6 and drop lowest.
then modify by three if you want, but total can not exceed 18(before racial modifiers added).
add 3, subtract 3
example:
Str 15->16
Dex 13->14
Con 18->16
Int 11->10
Wis 13->14
Cha 12->12

Character lvl should not exceed 12 (I know I said 13 earlier, but I have had to modify several things).
