And I'm not sure Buscemi is scary or macho enough to be Rorschach, though he's a great comic actor.

That's why I don't want to see him as Rorschach either.

I heard they changed the ending from the comic. I hope they make it work, IMO Watchmen would do better as a mini seris on HBO or showtime or something like that. For the movie, they will have to cut some much to make the movie work.

Watchmen was a 12 issue comic mini series that DC put out in 1986 or 85. Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons did it. You should be able to find the whole thing in graphic novel form.I can't really get into the plot, but it deals with super heros in a very realisitic way.
