Them Demon Elves are in for a nasty surprise...

Actually, I don't think Theodren would attack us. The guy is a coward, and besides, ALL of his smiths sided with Greymore. Basically, he has no-one to run the forges. Methinks that these dwarves that sided with Theodren would be a little adverse to slaying their fellow dwarves. Even if Theodren could manage to get them to attack us, he wouldn't since there's no way in hell he's going to risk slaying the only dwarves around who know the ancient secrets of dwarven smithing. Basically, he's a coward as well, so all in all, I don't see this happening.

I kindof figured that, but was just an idea. Sounds to me that blackshirt5 has something else planned for you guys, cant wait for what it will be. Hopefully he doesnt kill you off, cause then all of you would be pissed :D

My current DM would have done something like that (insert long battle scene) and had us captured and watch the torture of the remaining survivors. Of course our invisible knome soc/rog would have saved us from prison and we would have excaped. Only to be forever hunted......

I'm so looking forward to this next week. I've got all week to plan, plot, and stat.

And you're right Mark. I am gonna lay the smackdown on them. And Vechs 3.0.

I believe that perhaps you should fix it up so that Stormbrand and Balefire counter each other's soul-stealing properties, so as to avoid a one-hit kill when I end up facing it's weilder. Remember Victor? We don't want another little 'accident' like that, now do we?

yeah, we do want a nasty little surprise like that.

Because I'm making sure that the Moriquendi who's wielding Balefire is wearing Bracer's of Armor +8 and an Amulet of Natural Armor maxed out, plus having anything and everything possible to negate a critical hit.:D

Now that's just wrong......just 50% fortification, then. Jeez, that's gonna be one high AC. ...

Skirmish Rules

Sounds interesting, my game just (a few sessions ago) finished a large scale battle for thier homeland.

We used the skirmish rules in AEG's Mercenary D20 book. It worked well for us and would definately speed up the carniage a bit while making combat a little simpler.

We did learn a few lessons about the system and if you are considiering using it let me know and I'll let you know the problems/issues we had and how we resolved them.

Don't get scared off though problems and issues were all small and fixable. It was fun for the group to fight on a large scale.

The book is about 30.00 but I typed out some of the pertinnet pages if you just want them to take a look I can fax. Mre than willing to help another DM run a large combat session we had a blast.

...and as the young Jedi Angcuru rubs the nose of his master, Blackshirt5, in the foul puddle of the past, others wait to watch his fate...

I wouldn't doubt his ability to throw us curve balls at every turn, then again we did it to him as well plenty of times. Besides, I got Ambydexterity: Character sheets going. Besides Greymore theres also my side character I'm playing called Midnight, our Psi Theif. Plus if any of them die I have another character I just finished genning up today that he pre-approved after giving him a basic description. Now that I finished the genning process... I really didn't mean to twink out this character, really I didn't. It kind of twinked itself as I went along. And I rolled the stats like blackshirt said: 4d6, reroll 1s, drop the lowest. If anyone wants to see the stats & equipment plz tell me and I'll post it. In the meantime think of this: a Chaotic-Good Half Human/Red Dragon (house rules on allignment), Level 7: 4 fighter(prefered class) & 3 psion (egoist).

Actually, I think that you three are the ones who're in for a very nasty surprise. I'll just leave my little Sword of Damoclese hanging right about...

here.

Oh how I wish for Monday to arrive quicker.:D
