Good idea, I think it would be better to make it a Races book than a prestige-format monster book like Codex Anathema.

We've seen Draconomicon, Libris Mortis, and Lords of Madness. Hopefully Giants will be next as they seem to be the most used foes after those already mentioned above.

And where specifically do you see the differences between Kingdoms of Kalamar and standard D&D?
