Disruption?
On another angle...
During one campaign, clerics were given the ability to use their turning ability to disrupt other clerics and wizards when they cast spells, as more of a focused "blast" of energy. It wound up being more of a 'dispel magic' than anything, as clerics could 'turn' held portals, mirror images, bless, etc, and just got out of hand. The only rule was that it would only work if the casters were of opposite alignments of Good vs. Evil, and not Law vs. Chaos.
A feat similiar to this could be refined to be more along the lines of the divine thwarting the arcane through 'focused turning', with opposed checks to see if the arcane spell would fly or fail. There would be no inverse for wizards to have a similiar feat on clerics, but I am sure some one will think of something.
