I like them, but not scads of them.

In my games, Dragons are fearsome forces which cause kingdoms to topple and the landscape to be rent, and permanently scarred. Do that too often, and they kinda lose their punch.

I love dragons. Demons and devils...well, they're mildly interesting, and the Demonomicon articles have been fantastic, but beyond that...they seem kinda boring to me.

I hate aberrations.

Aboleths, beholders, and others just seem laughably absurd to me and I can't imagine using them in anything besides a spoof or comedy. Especially beholders. They're just flumphs with a higher CR.

Not big on the Far Realms, either. Of course, once you take out the aberrations, there isn't much left there.
