I know they redid Addams family, but when did the redo Munsters?

The Monsters Today (aka The New Munsters) premiered in October of 1988 and ended in May of 1991. Lee Meriwether played Lily and John Schuck played Herman. I watched a few episodes and it was pretty bad especially with Howard Morton as Grandpa.

they already did a movie version of Get Smart, with the original guy who played him. It was called "The Nude Bomb" and was totally forgettable...

The worst part of The Nude Bomb (1980) was that it had no Chief or Agent 99. Also, Max worked for PITS (Provisional Intelligence Tactical Service).

So, for "classic" TV shows remade into movies we so far have...
Don't forget Star Trek, what largely started the trend of movies based on popular TV shows. The first movie was famously mediocre, but it really hit on-target with Kahn.

With reguards to remakes, I don't consider it a remake if they have the same actors, ect.. In it. So IMO the Nude Bomb movie and the Trek movies all the orginal cast are not remakes.

Well, Edward Platt who played the chief was dead by the time they made that, so I wouldn't fault them for using a new chief.

In 1989 they did a reunion movie for TV that had many of the original cast in it including agent 99. Then in 1995 they relaunched the series with most of the original cast but centered around Andy Dick as Maxwell Smart Junior. But Dick had already done the pilot for "Newsradio" that same year and it was picked up as a series, resulting in him immediatly quitting Get Smart (him thinking an orginal ensemble cast Network show was a better career move than a syndicated show based upon a remake) . Without the new star the show immediately folded after only around a half-dozen or so episodes (all of which aired).

As for other 60's shows being made into movies, Miami Vice and I Dream of Jeannie are currently in pre-production and a script for Hogan's Heroes has been floating around hollywood for a while now.

Also, don't forget that Dark Shadows had a revival series in the early 1990s and was almost made into another series for WB (eek).

I really wish they would just leave classic tv shows alone.
Yeah, but the original Dark Shadows is pretty bad. Remember, it was a low-(no?)-budget daytime soap opera. The constraints of that particular genre took 30 minutes of drama and action and stretched it to a week or two or four. My daughter and I did get a nice laugh two years ago when we watched it on Sci-Fi and saw a tech person in one shot, holding a script! We kept rewinding the DVR to look at it.

While I like most of the original DS cast members, the time constraints (almost no time for re-takes) and bad costuming and make-up (Dr. Hoffman, are you performing in "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?" between scenes on Dark Shadows, or what?) really detract from the show. It has not aged well. I actually liked the NBC night-time version, but I haven't seen it since it originally aired. It might not hold up so well, either, for all I know.

Of course, I have fond memories of watching the original daytime soap version when I was four, with my hands in front of my eyes because it was so scary. ;) But re-watching the episodes recently....well, it's almost painful.
