This character has too many attacks!

Running a 2-weapon fighting character in one of my friend's games. He allowed me to use a spiked chain as either a reach weapon (2-handed) or double weapon, decided at the beginning of each round. PC has improved trip and sunder (also allowed by the DM with this weapon), and boots of speed. At 13th level (Ranger 2, Barbarian 1, Fighter 10), his 2 wpn attacks look like this:
+21/+21/+16/+16/+11/+11 (+13BAB, +6 Str, +2 weapon, +2 Greater WF, -2 dual wield)
When hasted it gets worse (7 attacks), then he can rage, and has favored enemy (elf). This has led me to create a table of attack and damage modifiers based on power attacking from 1-13. While this will reduce my mistakes during combat, I think, even with a calculator, my character will really slow down the fights. I'm rolling attack and damage together. Any other suggestions to speed things up?

Ask your GM if you can make your rolls beforehand. Like, during the round, but before your turn actually comes up. So when your turn comes around you can be like, "Okay, I knock him with three attacks for x total damage."

If you don't know what the dude's AC is, write down (attack roll 1, damage), (attack roll 2, damage) and then ask him which attacks hit.
