Points out that he is a moderator on said forum, and that Silver Moon better not try anything funny in the Surrealism forum or else there will be bananas.

Silver Moon points out that he has already posted to the Randomling's House Surrealism forum, quoting lyrics from obscure John Lennon & Yoko Ono albums, which should clearly quality as something funny.

Reminds Tallarn about the original topic, and to please stop trying to change the subject rather than just admitting that his own position is completely weak.

Notices that nobody else has commented about the rule in question being well suited for the Gibberling Paladin, and ponders that there might not be very many people who play that race & class combination. Decides there must be an untapped market for it, and begins writing an outline for a D20 supplement about them.

Makes an analogy to the original rule in question and taffy pulling in order to show Enceladus that he is actually on-topic, and thus foiling his hijack attempt.

Attaches picture from the 1960's sit-com "It's About Time" for no particular reason.

Does a complete about-turn and offers to help Silver Moon with his Gibberling Paladin book. Gives no explanation for sudden change of heart.

 

[Kweezil]

Completely ignores the previous messages except the flame from Grim.

Responds with a post more suited to Nutkinland's Angry Chair, realises what he's done and edits it out before a mod spots it.

Replaces it with exceedingly politely insulting comments on Grim's intelligence, education, parentage and possible relations with sheep. Acts like the original post never existed.

Points out that Kweezil got the quote wrong and takes up half the page explaining why people should at least get thier quotes right if they're going to derail a topic. Comments that the Glibbering Paladin was all my idea in the first place and proceeds to place many high priced law suits. Ends post with idle threats and confusing and hypocritical comments.

Accepts Tallarn's offer to help with the book. Tells him to just ignore Ankh-Morpork Guard's idle threat for a lawsuit, stating that an attorney has been retained, and it is an iron-clad case. States that the Paladin class is only one component of the Gibberling Project. Explains vision of a three-volume set, each hardbound and at 256 pages with a suggested retail price of $79.95 ($ 200.00 for the limited edition boxed set of all volumes). The project will take this underutilized Gibberling race and use it to transcend ALL D20 systems. Explains that the Paladin will be the cornerstone of Volume I. which will focus primarily on D&D D20. Assigns Tallarn the D20 Modern section in Vol. II, suggesting that he start with either the Gibberling Fighter Pilot or Gibberling NBA player.

Berates both LightPheonix and Mark Chance for attempting to hijack the thread, totally ignoring the hypocracy of the statement.

States that Kweezil's attack on Grim is totally uncalled for. Takes offense especially over the sheep comment, having a farm with a flock of sheep, none of which are related to any posters here.

Provides further support to Baranedur's original post, providing links to three other EN World threads that discuss it, as well as a link to the Sean Connery Fan Club internet site, which has nothing to do with anything.

Decides to sit back and wait for the thread to die off, then revive and and take control. Posts links to random websites and claims they have information on why I am right and everyone else is wrong, then goes into hiding, planning to jump at first attack but knowing I'm cool enough to be a hypocrite.

I read the thread, but keep myself from replying because a) I barely understand the mechanic in question and b) I don't know what YMMV means.

(Then I edit my post for incorrect punctuation. Which is funny, because I never made a post in the first place.... um.)

After scrolling past the bulk of what has been said, rather soundly ignoring any and all of it, I make my own post about the topic, using my own thoughts and opinions, even if said thoughts and opinions have already been stated, answered, re-stated, and re-answered various times.

Although it's narcassitic at times, I do a little dance as I hit 'Submit Reply', for no real reason then to cause co-workers to fear me.

Takes the time to point out to Remathilis that Randomling is a girl, then launches into a short diatribe about this being just a game, that the rule in point can be rule zeroed if you don't like it, and commenting that I lack the energy to follow such pointless arguements despite the fact I'll be back in ten minutes to see if anyone responds to this post.

Basks in the light of the off topic posts he has spawned. Responds in kind to Kweezil. Points out the error in his previous post, citing that Kweezil was the 10th poster on the first page, not the second. Appoppolologises.

Rubs hands together in anticipation of the tenth poster on the second page, and marvils at his own psychic powers, knowing full well that his insults will be directed at whatever the tenth poster on the second page chooses to post correctly.
