Guess so

I'm a draconic werewolf, and my wife a vampire witch. Though we have bitten each other a few times, so we are half-breeds. The joys of real life templates.

It has been done, several times over. Witches, vampires, faerie, and weres have been done in just about every romantic combination imaginable. You'll have to get rather more obscure before you hit the scene with something it hasn't seen. Like Pennangalan-Wendigo romance, or something.

Really? I know of vampire-werewolf love, but vampire-witch love is something I have not yet come across.
