Well, Game Informer is the magazine that you get when you sign up for the discount program at Babbages/Funcoland/Gamestop. I don't have the most recent issue, though, so I don't know what he's talking about.

Does anyone have this or know someone who has it so we can find out what he is talking about. I would like my jaw to drop someday, but guess I will have to wait for that day yet.

Since it's a video game magazine, I'm guessing the article has something to do with the ban on video games in Greece. But I don't know.
