My first thought when I saw the Barbarian class was "finally, Halflings get a class of their own".
I think you'd be surprised how effective a charisma-based Barbarian could be. I made that character just for the lulz, thinking it would be suboptimal, but that wasn't the case at all. Halflings have phenomenal racial feats for barbarians, and since they wear light armor, the dex meshes quite well. The cha-based powers in the barbarian list are incredibly effective because they focus more on *untyped* +/-attack rolls, rather than the con-based temp HP which is frequently overwritten. And by second-statting dex+cha as opposed to dex+con, your will save doesn't suck. Second chance and the OAs bonus are incredibly useful for a barbarian as well. What's all this talk of rogues, clerics and barbarians? When Strength is a dump stat the only option is monk. 32 point buy go!

That's like 21 AC with the dodge feat!! You'll be unstoppable!

Only thing that sucks is that you can't use a "true" two handed weapons so you have to use a 1H versitile weapon instead.
