As for the extra domain thing lets say they get two at first then one more at 11th level like the shaman from OA (even thow that class deales with spirts not gods but it seams like the right level for that).

Okay, looking at just the gods withing the PHB they offer 3 to 6 domains. This will create a huge imbalance between the clerics of different dieties. Adding domains that the god does not know, is not a good idea. Either these extra domains should be added to the gods domains from the start or not.

I'd increase the HD to d6. I'd also limit it to 3 domains at first level. Then at levels 5, 10, 15, and 20 the priest could either add a new domain or choose a bonus feat.

I'd add that all priest are proficient in the chosen weapon of their god.
