Well, the Wheel of Time RPG does have some dreamlands bits to it, as does Atlas's Occut Lore. I may have to hunt those down a bit and see what I can glean from them.
It doesn't really seem like Elric is 'dreaming' though, as opposed to having several lifetimes of adventurers.
And ugh, the 'origin' of White Crow at the end of the book... a bit of a let down for me, even though it was inventive in it's own way.
