Well you are averaging a little under 28 posts a day. For a lightweight like me, I am sure that would be plenty to give me a decent buzz.

that's a three year average, so posts from early on help keep the average high while posting goes down

Okay, so I've definitely noticed the others are fairly common, though the all lower or upper case I haven't found to be TOO frequent. However, I don't know if I've EVER seen a thread like this. Well, maybe once, but not that often. Does this actually occur frequently?

Not nearly as much, no. And, to be truthful, mostly it's posts about whether it should be OK to have intra-party theft and conflict.

In the "Fantasy and Sci-Fi movies, books & TV," saying "The Prequels suck" is most likely going to give you alcohol poisoning.
Whenever somebody in the "Fantasy and Sci-Fi movies, books & TV" forum raves over something made by Joss Whedon or George R.R. Martin, take a drink.

Every time somebody in the "Fantasy and Sci-Fi movies, books & TV" forum complains about Fox cancelling Firefly, take a drink.

Every time someone says the sorcerer is under-powered, take a drink.

If responses to the above post include mention of the warlock, warmage AND Battle Sorcerer, drain your glass.

Every time somebody posts, "Where can I find a definitive list of every (feat, PrC, spell) from every d20 source there is?", take a drink.

Every time someone replies to a, "I need help with my game" post with: "Your problem is you're playing the wrong game. You absolutely must switch to {C&C, True20, blah blah blah}, as I've found it to be superior in every way, and it'll solve all your problems," take a drink.

OD&D(1974) is the only true game. All the other editions are just poor imitations of the real thing.

Every time somebody quotes Monty Python, take a drink.

Every time somebody quotes the Princess Bride, take a drink.

Every time there is a "Do Christians play D&D?" thread in General RPG discussion, take a drink.

Every time one of these threads ends up getting closed by a moderator, drain your glass.

Every time somebody in a thread says "I don't want this to get political, but..." and then proceeds to make a blatantly political statement, take a drink.

Every time there is a "What would you like to see in 4e?" thread, take a drink.

Every time somebody makes a suggestion for 4e that would make D&D more like HERO or GURPS, take two drinks.

Every time "Eric's Grandma" is mentioned, take a drink.
