THRILLING TALES - Pulp for D20 - What do you want to see?

I thought the GM guide was pretty darn good, so I'd like to see more general resources on creating game material for the genre.

After reading both Angels & Demons AND The Da Vinci Code, I second the need for some good Illuminati/Secret Society stuff.

Really, I'd love to see some crossover material from Blood & Relics in an earlier pulp feel.

I'm not sure if I can do a supplement specifically devoted to the Illuminati, due to the Steve Jackson Games trademark ("IC 028. US 022. G & S: Equipment Sold as a Unit for Playing a Parlor Game." ), which could be construed to cover any game supplement.

Have to check with the lawyer on that one.

Chinatowns - London, San Francisco and New York.
Egypt, China, India, Central and South America, Africa and other exotic locales as pulp sourcebooks.

Hrmm...It's odd they can claim trademark to that since the Illuminati is a not-so-secret secret society that would pretty much be open. It's not like this is some ficticious name that they created.

Either way, secret societies in general should be good and open.

Hey folks--

We're starting to plan out our 2006 releases for THRILLING TALES, and I want to get some consumer input: What would you like to see released for the system for D20 pulp?

El Santo, Mil Mascaras, Blue Demon y otro luchadors! I know its bizarre but they count as pulp (see?). Here's a bio of Mil Mascaras (his origin movie) that sounds a bit like Doc Savage's. PSST! Over here.

Seriously, do these movie posters not remind you of other 'classic' pulps like Flash Gordon or Doc Savage: Man of Bronze? The old movie posters.

I really love Mexican horror movies from the late 50s and early 60s! They are the perfect blend of old world vampires, new world Mayan mummies and masked professional wrestlers!
