Who here has seen, or heard of, a rogue reaching Tier 4 after starting from 1st level? If you have, what was his or her subclass?

Pure rogue of 17th level plus that started at 1? 1 Arcane Trickster and 1 Assassin. Both enjoyed their characters.

I have played both a thief and an assassin both to level 17 and 18 respectively.
