Time Stop + Delayed Blast Fireball - Timing?

Thanks for all the replies. The jist of it is that maybe you can, and maybe you can't. :)

I only intend to use something like this once, not as a regular tactic, as it is indeed expensive. But the Queen of Chaos and her general Miska are coming up, and the DM did use mordenkainen's disjunction on us, so I figure I've got the right to at least one underhanded tactic. :)

I'll check with my DM first, of course. I don't want to ruin the encounter for everyone.

Very good idea. Our group tends to discuss things like this and either agree or disagree that it is possible. Rtricher has it right when he questions the "rounds" of a Time Stop being normal rounds and that really is where the crux of the issue is. If the DM thinks no, then it shouldn't be allowed. If so, then this is absolutely possible.

We also make a habit of not abusing any loop hole in the rules (or at least try not to). So far this has only happened 2 times in our campaigns.
