Times messed up in Meta

i'm looking at the times when last posted for threads... and they are way out of order.

date, time, something is off.

It's not worth putting up a new thread about, but I noticed another inconsistancy.

On the main page, my title says, "EN World - Morrus' D&D / D20 News site."
On every other page, it says, "EN World - Morrus' D&D / d20 News Reviews Site"

The case and punctuation isn't consistant.
