Timestop Questions

I have some questions on timestop, I'm sure they have been asked in the past. If so please point me to the right thread.

1 - It says "While the time stop is in effect, other creatures are invulnerable to your attacks and spells; you cannot target such creatures with any attack or spell". Does that mean they are invulnerable to your attacks and spells because you cannot target them or that they are invulnerable and you also cannot target them with any spells. Can you dispel magic on someone while you have timestop up?

2 - It also says, "A spell that affects an area and has a duration longer than the remaining duration of the time stop have their normal effects on other creatures once the time stop ends". Does this mean that area spells that are instantaneous, like M. Disjunction work immediately even though the timestop is still in effect while area spells with a duration, like Repulsion, dont kick in until the Timestop is over. Or do instant spells not work at all?

3 - Do all your spells just kick in after the timestop or can you cast a spell and have it take effect while the timestop is in effect? I'm thinking of movement spells like teleport and such here. Also can you use these spells on willing subjects and have it take effect immediately or do they also not kick in until the timestop wears off?

Both. since it doesn't correlate them to one another, they are seperate effects of Time Stop.

Instant spells cannot affect others while you are time stopped.

Spells which take effect on you in the time stop happen immediately, including healing, teleporting, etc.

If the spells are instantaneous, you cannot use them on anyone, willing or not, because "other creatures are invulnerable to your spells and attacks".

Instantaneous effects will only effect you whilst in a time stop and never anybody or anything else.

If in round 1 of a 4 round time stop you cast a spell with a THREE round duration then it will wear out before the time stop ends.

If in round 1 of a 4 round time stop you cast a spell with a FIVE round duration then it will wear out 1 round after the time stop ends effecting you for the 4 time stop rounds and everybody normally for the final round.

Anybody using Time stop whould either have a lot of personal spells they wish to cast or the Delay Spell feat from Tome and Blood.

[At least I think that's correct]
