Three new releases and all do well at the Box Office but it was Valentine's Day, so that meant date flick and it takes the number one spot. Oh, AVATAR still showing staying power with 22 million and rolling: Domestic: $659,605,000 (29.1%) + Foreign: $1,607,091,179 (70.9%) = Worldwide: $2,266,696,179

It will be interesting to see how next weekend reshuffles the lineup, especially with Shutter Island coming out. Of the top three from this week, Shutter Island probably has the most in common with The Wolfman, so Percy Jackson probably has the best chance of holding some ground. There are a couple of others, so will Avatar be able to stay in the top five?

Last week AVATAR was doing better than on a day by day bases than Dear John, and has good holding power but I don't know about staying in the top 5. Figure take will be 20+ million, hell, this weekend was up 2.8% from last weekend for AVATAR, all depends on the fall of the top five, if they are average 40 to 60% could be.
