We do invite any and all to join the C&C. Its a project we can really get behind, and would like you to as well.

We have opened up the development process to all members of the Castle and Crusade Society

If by this you mean there is room for more playtesters of this idea, I'd be all over it in a second. We've had a number of statements in our group that it would be fun to have a "more streamlined D&D", and I would be glad to work on same with them!

Yes, the playtesting and design is still open. All you have to do is join the Castles and Crusades Society - no fee, no junk emails (except occasional announcements, just an organization so we xan track playtesters, get people involved and promote gaming in all its formats).

Send Steve an email at troll@trolllord.com ask to join, include members of your group, get a title (titled is based on size of group), ask for an NDA, sign it an electronically send it in (or snail mail it), you get a password and then you are part of the design team.

We have really opened this up to a lot of people. We are getting many great ideas and contributions. And I should say, the membership is beginning to guide the design process as much as we are at this point. It also gives us the added advantage of having many many eyes look over what we do to find mistakes, lapses, and other stuff. This will prevent us from ever having to do what we most earnestly never ever want to do - do a revised rules set. we will have none of that.

So jump in.

Further, a note on the modules. All support material for C and C will be useful and easily translated into all variations of the Game. Well, that's the goal anyway and that's why we need more people looking it over. By this I mean, whatever variation of the game you are playing, you should be able to take the support material - mods - and tanslate them with minimum problem.

Anyway - more later.
